New dishwasher still in warranty had a small fire inside something wasn’t right with it no idea what or why very scary. Called Customer service for warranty claim they offered to send me parts told them not a chance this thing has been burning so they offered to send a repair tech. Repair tech told me i needed a replacement and to call customer service to start the process. Called customer service who told me 24-48 hours I would have a new dishwasher deliver set up. Frigidaire customer service is terrible, purchased a fridge that has had nothing but problems after 4 months. 7 service calls and 2 shady technicians later we are still having the same issues. Customer service does not care and just continues to book service calls two weeks out and hope the problem just goes away. BBB complaint filed, Would not recommend purchasing any Electrolux products.

We have an odd situation where an appliance we ordered didn't work from day one. We tried to get the company where we purchased the appliance to replace it, and we also called an ELECTROLUX certified repair technician. When we realized that the company would not replace it, we tried to call the repair tech back to fix it.We tried to reach him for months, and he would not return phone calls because he decided that he no longer wants to do service work with Electrolux.
