I went to this provider for electrolysis on a very small patch of hair, and after ten or so sessions, I noticed zero reduction or thinning. When I asked about expected progress and the recommended schedule, the answers were vague and unclear, leaving me without a concrete treatment plan. Additionally, the treated hair grew back with blunt ends, and I regularly felt a plucking sensation during sessions. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this provider.

Susan is awesome. Her office is very clean, she works quickly, and makes you feel very comfortable. She is also thorough in explaining how it works and answers any questions you have. I have had better results with electrology than with laser, especially for smaller areas, so I highly recommend! Also, the discomfort is minimal.

I had a great experience with Susan. She is extremely professional and kind. She works quickly and efficiently using the thermology method of electrolysis. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Susan saved my life. I have dealt with my facial hare since I was 16 bc I have PCOS and after so many years waxing, trying laser hair removal I finally found the solution to my problem. She is awesome and very accommodating with the appts. I highly recommend her.
