I met the owner through Facebook. They were sporadic and arrogant immediately pushing me to get their services even offering a discount. I wanted to do my research and what I found is that it takes a dermatologist as well as massive years of experience to even begin to consider an electrologist for this type of procedure else I risk serious scaring. TL;DR: Jessica is super professional, fast, funny, nice and affordable. Plus she has 2 adorable pups that will greet you at your appointment. Jessica was great! I just had my first appointment with her, which was booked a couple weeks prior. I have PCOS and have struggled with hair growth on my chin and lip for years. After years of trying everything temporary, I decided I wanted to explore more permanent options. I had a great experience with Jessica! She was very nice and professional. I got hair removal. The whole process was quick and... I won't say painless because it IS electrology, but it definitely hurt way less than I expected! Great service and the best prices in town.
