Wasted my time and my insurance. Was referred for an EMG, asked for an EMG appointment, was given a time to see Dr Vo, who then proceeded to do a consult in which he recommended I get an EMG. DUH!!! That's what I was there for. He said they have to get insurance approval before they can appoint for that; then the office called me 9 minutes later to make an appointment for an EMG. I escorted my wife to her afternoon appointment and I was very impressed with the professionalism and the warm kindness of Dr. Saaed, MA Kylie, and MA Zy… I felt like a patient showing up for my appointment.., My wife felt like a Patient and not just a NUMBER. Thank you , thank you, thank you
My first visit to this clinic today and Dr. Saeed, Zy, and Kylie made my experience less nerve racking & painless. Shout out to the beautiful lady in the front who checked me in, she acknowledged me as soon as I walked in with her pretty smile.
