This place is THE place to shop, buy, and service your e-bike. Owner (Eric), sales (Daniel), and manager/master bike mechanic (Isaac) all exceptionally customer focused. Had a major mechanical flaw in my 1 year old e-bike bought here. They were persistent in pursuing manufacturer warranty coverage and ultimately made it 1000% right! They stand behind what they sell. Convenient too… feet from beltline. Go here!

Daniel is the best. Very informative and friendly. And was super patient with me when I showed up late to buy a bike.
Slow repair service. Go elsewhere if you depend on your bike for transit
