A former electronic savings credit union location. Great service also after joining the bigger organization
Tracey was very nice
I lived in Kansas City, moved to St Louis. CACU branches were a dime a dozen. My first return to a branch in a year and a s half. Sounds crazy but it felt like home compared to my other experiences with banking.
They had a jammed ATM at the time of our visit and there was no sign indicating to use the other drive-thru lane. When they fix that I'll reconsider the rating. EDIT: A manager called me personally to apologize for the inconvenience and to say the ATM had been fixed. So I'm raising the rating to 4 stars. If they continue this type of responsive customer service I'll raise it to 5.
