We had an amazing experience with ElectroFreeze service today at our restaurant! Our ice cream machine went down, and they responded incredibly fast with virtually zero wait time. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, got us right back up and running, and saved the day for our business. If I could give electro freeze more than 5 stars I would. The support team there is outstanding. Chu Ryan and Derrick are absolutely the best. They always answer, and always make time to help with any issues we have. Or even a simple question. They rearrange their schedules to accommodate us even last minute. Electro freeze is THE BEST company we work with. And the batch freezers I have from electro freeze are top tier to other companies we have used.
I called on Friday morning for a part for our 30T. Chu was very helpful in tracking down the part and availability of it. The part was located shipped and arrived by Monday morning. Customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended them.
The technicians at Electro Freeze are outstanding. I had a great experience with Chew-he communicated clearly, kept me informed every step of the way, and explained everything going on with my milkshake machines.
