I cannot say enough great things about Electric Freeze! When our ice cream machine went down during summer camp, they understood the urgency and went above and beyond to help us. They came out on a weekend and got our machine fixed quickly, saving the day for a lot of campers! Their responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help when we truly needed it was outstanding. It is rare to find a company with this level of customer service and dedication. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend Electric Freeze!
