Had the Honor of attending ConeCon2025 hoping to find answers on intermittent issues on the shops batch freezer . I happened to attend the Equipment panel the last class of conference and the best class I attended. Chu did a great job in the short time we had in class opening floor up to questions and answering some pretty technical quirky issues on the fly . We have used Electro Freeze multiple times for our business and they are always very punctual. Kyle and Chu were great and efficient.
Chu was very professional explaining all the steps he was taking to insure we had a good product from our machines . Would definitely use EFSE again.
Chu came out to repair our machine the next day. He spent ample time diagnosing the problem and was sure to follow through over the next few days to make sure everything was working
Extremely punctual, Chu is amazing. Fixed our machine and we were back in business in no time.
