If I could give electro freeze more than 5 stars I would. The support team there is outstanding. Chu Ryan and Derrick are absolutely the best. They always answer, and always make time to help with any issues we have. Or even a simple question. They rearrange their schedules to accommodate us even last minute. Electro freeze is THE BEST company we work with. And the batch freezers I have from electro freeze are top tier to other companies we have used.
