If you're looking for a fitness revolution, Electro Fit 512 is it! Their EMS sessions are intense and effective, and the staff is great at walking you through the science behind it all. I’ve also been loving the results from their cryo therapy—it's been a total game-changer! Highly recommended!

They are so knowledgeable and sit down with you on your first visit and go through all the details to ensure you have full understanding of the process and what you can expect. I have had 7 sessions so far and I now recommend to all of my friends and family. They dive into the science, are super friendly, and the studio is clean and conveniently located. Now that I have done consistently, I can truly tell the difference. I had 2 caesareans and my lower core has been hard to reactivate fully. After reading more about how EMS can help wake back up that muscle connection after injury or surgery, my latest session finally activated my lowest core muscles that I haven’t felt in years.
