The Staff at electrofit have helped me tremendously. With a back/neck injury I’ve had an incredibly difficult time working my core without further injuring myself or causing pain. Being able to pace with the EMS has been amazing. Strengthening without the pain! And Of course I had to try the CyroSlimming; and I was shocked at the results. If you're looking for a fitness revolution, Electro Fit 512 is it! Their EMS sessions are intense and effective, and the staff is great at walking you through the science behind it all. I’ve also been loving the results from their cryo therapy—it's been a total game-changer! Highly recommended!

Been going to Electro Fit 512 consistently for a while and love the results! Booking is super easy and love all of the add on services like EWOT, red light and cryotherapy.
I have had 7 sessions so far and I now recommend to all of my friends and family. They dive into the science, are super friendly, and the studio is clean and conveniently located. Now that I have done consistently, I can truly tell the difference. I had 2 caesareans and my lower core has been hard to reactivate fully.
