Bought mini splits from this company they fill room with bad mold would have him clean them,went to his new place in noble twice to try get him to clean,called left number TWICE with his secretary--- they deliberately will not call! Disgusted,don't want a call now,ever
Why must they drive 15mph under the limit. You charge by the hour and drive time charges too?
We've been waiting 6 months for them to finish a job they started. The say they'll be back in a week, 3 weeks go by and we dont hear from them. When we leave a message asking what's going on it's always 'we're backed up.' Why take a job if you can't do it in a timely manner. Now were still stuck waiting because we've already paid so much money out to them..
I scheduled with one representative that is not reliable he kept home 3 days waiting for him with many excecuses lastly his gps took him different directions , sorry but that is not professional , don’t waste your time with these people
