Although there were issues using the app to pay to charge, customer service was able to complete the session for me. There's usually a wait to charge here but twice I've been lucky enough to pull directly into a station to charge immediately. At 350kw, these chargers are fast, much faster than Chargepoint (125 kw). A full charge (20% to 80%) for my BMW i3 takes about 21 minutes. This is my favorite charging station. Too bad it's so far south as I live near downtown. Wish I could give it 0 stars. Never ever able to charge here. There is only 6 chargers and a minimum of Chevy bold taking up the charger forever. No one ever in the vehicles. Service is hit or miss. I don't like electrified but this one makes me want to never own an EV again.
