Broken chargers and the customer service number you call to report issues and they never fix the chargers. Time and money wasyed
Terminal touchscreen was inoperable and tap to pay didnt recognize my Electrify America account with my rate plan (which includes 1000 kWh in credits from Kia) - the only way I could charge was to swipe a credit card as a "guest user". I called EA to have them reverse my credit card charge and instead debit the charged hours from my bank of credited hours on my EA login/account - they refused/couldnt/wouldnt... just poor experience across the board.
Very fast charging, given that all the stations had a vehicle. I've had quite a few that claimed 150 and was actually close to 70-73
