CUSTOMERS BE AWARE OF HIDDEN FEES I am new, using this company, usually all my charges are done through EVgo or ChargePoint but I decided to give it a try this this company and I open an account with. It was the worst experience I could have using a public chargers. I usually stay in the car while I was waiting for the car charge , but since the expecting charging time was over 30 min(with only 80% of charge completed) i decided to leave the car to full charge this time and eat something at the mall . They want .64 a kWh that is .15 more than a super charger with less dependability.
Probably the same guy breaks them as who puts 3-5 "commission me for home charger installation" cards over every single charger. Update: not even charger 1 is working. Charger 3 says it's up but won't take payment from the app (if you scan your phone, it says payment authorized but you won't get anywhere after that). Update: it's typically been fine recently. I dont trust it though.
