The chargers work,s but there is an idle fee that is more than the cost of using the charger per minute. Terrible customer service if something goes wrong. The rep was rude and said there was no management to talk to,. He asked if I wanted a call back, I said yes, then never received a call back. First and last time I will ever use them.
Really fast charging and good area. Nice to have Meijer close by
Brand new station. All 350 kw stations, all working. Fantastic experience.
