This was my first time using and last! I was waiting to get a text message to inform me my charge was complete because that is what they said on the screen "provide your cell number and we will text you when your charge is complete". NEVER recieved a text. Customer Service said they will ONLY text you if you download the app. Charged me $44 for idle time!
Plenty of available plugs when I went. Only one other person there. Took 2 tries to connect but I managed to get 75.5 Kwh, nothing close to 150 but I'll take it.
