I was able 2 charge here twice in the last month but both times I had to wait 10-15 minutes for an opening. Gets busy early morning and late afternoon. I got around 150 kwh both times, starting at about 50% soc.
If you get there before 6am or after 9pm you might be able to charge.... A lot fewer broken chargers than before so nice to see the upgrade in the reliability department!! EA Should have many more chargers in central San Diego....
