The charger number is on the back of the charger, not on the street side. Took me a few minutes to find it when I first used this station.
It's a rip off. They charge too much. Customer service also wouldn't honor Pass+ 25% discount even though I had purchased the plan. Will not use Electrify America chargers again. Deleting account, and removing app from my phone. There are plenty of other EV Charging providers providers out there.
After several bad experiences, including some at Tesla superchargers that do not appear on the Tesla app and therefore I cannot initiate a charge on my Honda prologue, I always look for Electrify America first and only if one does not exist, do I go to another place.
