Level 2 was broken along with two out of three level 3. I had to wait 30 min for the one working unit to free up. I called the 800 number but they said they could not reboot the two broken units even though it has worked at other locations when this happens.
1/13: Only 1/3 of the charging towers worked, and it was taken, the other two had different failure modes, one said unavailable the other didn't recognize being plugged in
