I tried to use this station for the first time, and when the charging was done, I couldn't unplug the charger. I called the customer service and the barely understood the guy on phone. They rebooted the station, charger was still lucked. They escalated the ticket, and I was stock in the station with a little baby. I wish there were more stations
Newer systems are much better than the earlier ones. There are only four stations here and I was charging on Christmas Day. So, waiting a few minutes for one to open up want a surprise.
