This is a frequent charging spot for my VinFast VF8 Plus, especially after trips to San Jose's Vietnam Town (it's only about 4 miles away). The location in the Bank of America parking lot is convenient. However, it's frustrating that one of the four fast-charging stalls is regularly "Unavailable." A major inconvenience here is the complete lack of public restrooms. I tried the gas station across the street and even a couple of Mexican restaurants nearby, but all restrict their facilities to "customers only."
October 21, 2024: Got here at 6:40am. All 4 chargers were free. Plugged into the first one and charging worked fine. No derating from the station (got 200 kW which is what my car asked for). The other 3 chargers seem to be working as well.
