Nowhere NEAR enough chargers for a mall so massive in size. They are selling the community very short. Sometimes I have to drive all the way to Stafford to charge be ause the wait times are so long. Not the best location unless you feel like charging at 4am.

Solid chargers but both times I've visited there's a line. Install more of them please. There are a dozen Tesla chargers but only 4 of these?
Stopped here a couple times on road trips. ALWAYS a 3-4 car line during the day. Cmon guys - this is a mall, you need more than 4 chargers. If one of these broke (which is extremely common on EA chargers) this would be an absolutely useless 1hr long add to any trip or part of a day. Do better. Was able to charge successfully once but the other times I just gave up and went to another spot after waiting over 10 mins.
I’ve been charging here pretty much exclusively for almost a year with no issues. Within the last two months, this station has become a nightmare. Either 2 of just 4 chargers are not working, or they’re not working if you use your car manufacturer app, which forces you to use their app and pay. I have free charging through my manufacturer, so it’s extremely frustrating and curious as now it suddenly works if I pay using their app. It’s bad enough these are the only EA chargers in Woodbridge, but now they are unreliable!
