Busy location with older charging stations that were working well when we charged there. We got a great charge at the 150kW station: the rate started at 160kW, maxed out at around 170kW and then maintained over 100kW until we disconnected because four other cars pulled up and started waiting.
4 chargers and only 2 working and only 1 reads your membership card. It never works, all of them, and many people are in need Customer service never resolves, I often use Columbia and there everything works perfectly for loading and reading the membership card. What is the difference?
I leased a new VW in April 2024 for 2 years with 3 years free charging from Darcars VW of Silver Spring Maryland Paper work was signed April 2024 and I begun calling VW and find out that the paperwork was not send until the end of June 2024 so no customer service for several months AS NO ONE AT VW N AMERICA HAD A FILE ON THE LEASE The paperwork was signed at the Lexus dealer not VW.
