Charger took a while to start, didn’t take my apple wallet and the app didn’t work.
System failure but it was unclear what caused it. Storms in the area perhaps. The stars are four because of a heavy accent on the very helpful Electrify America agent. The very helpful agent deserves a five but the accent ascorbated the situation.
This electric car charging station is highly unreliable. Only one charging station is in service, advertised at 150 kW, but it charges at only 50-100 kW mostly. Additionally, it repeatedly displayed errors, making the experience frustrating and time-consuming. This location urgently needs maintenance and upgrades to meet drivers’ needs.
