One of the chargers kept loading
0 stars would match the number of chargers that were properly functioning. The first 3 (of 4 total) chargers that I tried, despite being marked ULTRA or HYPER fast, delivered a max of 30 kw/h. Yes, it was cold out, but 15 degrees F in Wisconsin in the winter is just a day. It can get that cold anywhere from October to March, and a charger that can't be relied upon six months out of the year is worthless. Charging speed is wildly variable. Chargers could easily be made drive through. No queing system (which drive through would solve), no trash receptacle. Typical of all EA (and other) charging stations.
