Very nasty experience at the electrify America charging station in Hudson road, Woodbury, MN today. The charging point 01 malfunctioned and couldn’t charge my car. But I got fraudulently charged with $12.00 for what they called idling time when their charger did not work. Had to call a live agent who doesn’t know what they’re doing and showed laxity and unprofessional behavior by asking me to change my card for another. These guys are scammers who extort money from unsuspecting customers. Beware!
