Unreliable. The app shows 4 slots available out of 6. While the whole section is blocked off for maintenance, two chargers only are actually working and a line of 6 cars....
I really should have listened to the other reviews....this location is not it. I thought I would be safe arriving at 7am on a Friday. Nope. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to charge and then the "fast charging" was rolling through at 20kw. Won't be back to this one. :/
Pretty easy to use once you sign up on the app.. you must at least add $10 to start and have a card on file. Then just plug in and tap and charging begins. The only thing is that the charger is very heavy and you need to hands
This location is on the 1st floor of the parking garage, so it is not under the sun compared to other EV charging locations. Everyone lines up in a single file on the right hand side, so it is very orderly.
