If we could give MINUS 99 Stars, we would! We've stopped here 3 times and EACH time at LEAST 50% were broken the the other 50% never connected to our Tesla Model Y, and we spent 30 mins on the help line with the Phillipines, who are TOTALLY untrained to help customers. The two Mercedes cars there were not charging EITHER! Electrify America DESERVES their fail and bankruptcy.

Charging station 1 has been inoperable for a few weeks. They say there is an open case, however, there has been no technician dispatched. If it is inoperable, it needs to be taken offline.

These electricity gougers are the reason EV are losing steam. A terrible experience, broken chargers, long wait on support and ridiculous prices is what awaits new EV owners. INVEST IN A GOOD HOME CHARGER! Updating 9/28/25 Forced to use again. Still terrible. Creditcard readers broken, app sucks. Charging halted then charged .40/min while I thought it was charging.

Station one does not work and a man I was talking too said he had to get his car towed because of it once, that same trip where I was talking to that man another man there had the charger get stuck in his hummer EV, I did not stick around long enough to see if it was the car or the chargers fault. I personally have never had an issue outside of charger 1 not working and charger has always been good to me hence the 4 stars
