I plugged my car in and waited a few minutes before going into Walmart. The screen showed 55 minutes to reach 80%. When I returned 45 minutes later, the car was only at 30%, and the screen displayed an error instructing me to disconnect and reconnect. I followed the instructions, only to be charged an idling fee of over $22. When I called customer service, I was told the fee couldn’t be refunded. This is extremely frustrating. There is always a charger available—I’ve never had to wait. There are two hyper fast chargers (up to 350 kw). The company seems to send technicians out quickly to fix chargers as I’ve never seen a broken charger still broken on a subsequent visit.
Nicely located next to a Walmart. The chargers were packed at the edge of the parking lot so quite a lot of traffic getting it. Overall it was fine.
