Most of the time the tap feature doesn't work. Even customer service can't get some of the chargers to work. I am going to charge today and hopefully I won't have to be on the phone with customer service again for 20 to 30 minutes.
Card reader not working. App not working. Call customer service. They say they’re going to put a work order in no results. Pretty disappointing. This seems to be routine.
