This company sucks! In the five years I have owned an electric car, Electrify America’s chargers have given me more grief than a bad marriage. They are the only chargers in our area and they never work right, but they always remember to charge your card.
App sucks. Why wouldn't you make it more like pumping gas without the app?
Called customer service today and I told him their system was incorrectly showing all chargers available when they were all down, and he fixed one, but refused to fix the others despite being told people were waiting. This is NOT good customer service. Its 100 degrees and people are sitting outside waiting on 2 of 4 working chargers. He did advise that I drink water 🤦♀️
