10pm and the chargers are full because, as usual, one of the four is broken. Gas stations rarely have any pumps out of service, but EA? Yeah they're great and not being good. Now here I wait, instead of getting my quick charge to get home.
I waited over 30 minutes before I could charge. While it’s understandable to step inside and grab a few items, many drivers leave their vehicles plugged in while doing full grocery shopping. Four charging stations are not sufficient for the demand at this location. I’ll continue using Ionna in Middletown and the Mercedes High Power chargers in Clarksburg, where I’ve never had to wait.
