I waited over 30 minutes before I could charge. While it’s understandable to step inside and grab a few items, many drivers leave their vehicles plugged in while doing full grocery shopping. Four charging stations are not sufficient for the demand at this location. I’ll continue using Ionna in Middletown and the Mercedes High Power chargers in Clarksburg, where I’ve never had to wait.
They hardly ever work or they're always unusable with a line
This set of four chargers is the closest 350kW chargers to the intersection of I-270/US-15 and I-70. Four charging bays is simply not enough. Thought I'd been smart to open my app to see if it was busy (before getting off the highway) but the app said only one charger was in use. Got there to find all chargers in use and three further cars waiting. The app only changed to say "full" after we'd noped out and were almost back to I-270 southbound.
