Never works
I went there for the first time Saturday November 1st and was charged for two charging sessions when I only charged once. When I called Electrify America I spoke with someone at an offshore call center and was not offered any help at all. As far as I know I did everything correctly but was still charged for a 2nd session even though I was 5 miles away at the time.
