The 350 kw was giving us 50kw. Decided to try the 150kw and it was giving us 70kw. More than the 350kw which is illogical but still nowhere as much as expected.We were all alone. And yes the spot they put this station is probably the worse they could come up with.

They placed the chargers IN FRONT of the parking spots, rather than between, thus negating the opportunity for two cars to use the same charger (each charger has 2 plugs). This, we had to wait for a parking space to open. It is also at a very busy T intersection, so backing out or in can be problematic. Whoever designed this needs to learn from this flawed design. Our Chevrolet Equinox had a super slow charge from the 350 - about 10kw, so we moved to the 150 when the parking spot became available (yes, 1 parking spot for two... read more

The 350 kw was broken and all three 150kw chargers didn't charge above 25 kw even when no one else was there. I started at 28% 34 minutes ago and am still only at 43% Also terrible placement. All the gas guzzlersfrom Sam's Club were beeping and swearing at anyone trying to back in.
