Still GARBAGE speeds. These are BUSY CHARGERS and should at least be operating. 1 charger down. 3 function at less than HALF speed. This is unacceptable and why people dont buy EV. FRICKEN DO BETTER EA.
Incredibly disappointing experience. All four chargers were capped at 40kW while brandished with a "HYPERCHARGE 350 kW" sticker! What a joke. No indication of diminished performance on the app. Multiple cars waiting due to the slow rates. No discounts for the misinformation. Do not charge here if you can avoid it.
Still slow. Only getting 125kw. Not sure why to pay the premium dcfc price when I can charge this speed elsewhere for less..... booooooooo do better EA
This location had gone down hill rapidly. The chargers don’t deliver more than 40-60 KW for units purported to be “up to 150 or 350”. Despite repeated contacts with customer service nothing has changed.
Only 57 KWh.
