We used quest when we first bought this winter home and we’re happy with the service at that time. When problems arose when I came back for this winter I immediately called Quest! I was very happy with the electrician Danil. He worked really hard to find my problem and make arrangements to get it fixed. He explained all that needed done. Had to explain the job of 200 AMP home panel upgrade from a 150 panel,, and running a new service to my building next to my house with a 100 AMP service maybe 30 feet, ,a few times, the estimate was very high as i have other estimates that were lower, i don't understand why when he was in my garage looking at the main panel witch i removed the cover, and he nocked on the ground 3 new automotive spray guns on the side of my tool box on heavy magnet holder, have no idea of damage yet, no reason to be on that side of my tool bo... read more
He figured out the problem and went above and beyond by fixing it as well as a couple of other problems that he saw. Price wasn't bad.
Daniel was a true professional who diagnosed the problem, went above and beyond trying to figure a way to repair a difficult problem, and ultimately will be invited back to complete this project as well as others. He took his time and explained what he was trying to accomplish with a ceiling fan light combo unit that I’ve decided in best for a 55 gallon trash can. Ordered new fan and we’ll have Daniel do install.
Danil was awesome. He replaced lighting fixtures in our bathroom. Helped us and educated us on which fixtures and lighting would be best. We had prompted service, very friendly technician, and the price was very reasonable. I would totally recommend Electrical Service
