Had ESN replace all florescent bulbs in 56 feet of fresh meat display counters with led strips. All worked great for a year then led strips started burning out. Called for service and was told replacement strips were out of stock and would let me know when they would be in. Never called! I Called Terry Smith at least a dozen times over a 4 month period, with absolutely no response. Have another company replacing all their work. What a joke company. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! There are other companies out there.
