I had work done in early December by Kyle one of 716's electricians. An outlet blew and he replaced it and another. It appeared to be working but I realized after he left that the switches that turn on lights plugged into outlets were not turning on lights and that switches in hallway and bathroom were not turning on lights either. This guy changes quotes and prices once he gets on the job site. James tells you what he wants done and if you tell him something different he increases the price. One of his workers meets up with you and goes over the project but James changes the conversation that you had with the worker so he can change the project and the price. Also once’s he gets your money there no refund. He kept my $1300 advance payment. Walked off the job when we disagreed on the work and price that we originally had. They did a great job installing 2 new pendant lights in our upstairs bathroom. Very quick, and reasonable price. The lights look great. We recommend this company.
