Ivan Alonso lack in communication with his customer. After I made a complaint about how he never give me any information on the permit that is need for electrical work at my home in February 3, 2025, he sent me a text message on February 4, 2025 saying he is getting the permit next week and calling FPL to extend my power. Guess what it is March 24,2025 and I have call him multiple times during the month of march and have not received any update or call back.
