Ivan Alonso lack in communication with his customer. After I made a complaint about how he never give me any information on the permit that is need for electrical work at my home in February 3, 2025, he sent me a text message on February 4, 2025 saying he is getting the permit next week and calling FPL to extend my power. Guess what it is March 24,2025 and I have call him multiple times during the month of march and have not received any update or call back. Ivan Alonso lacks communication with his customers and never gives updates on any permits that are needed for your electric work. I gave him the correct information in October of 2024 and deposited half the payment and still to this day he still never got the permit. When you call him, he never picks up and sometimes says he is on vacation. He told me he would send pictures of the materials, but never did.
