I had an excellent experience with Electrical Parts customer service and return process. I purchased a laser that, unfortunately, did not work correctly, but what stood out was how seriously the company took the issue. It is nearly impossible to get a hold of someone here. I placed an order with them and called several times and no one ever answers the phone. The email team does not respond to my inquiries, I do not understand how they are in business. Terrible customer service.
