tech showed up first thing morning while i was recording podcast, found bad wiring causing no cooling during this cold snap. fixed it fast and waived diagnostic once i approved repair. no joke, glad to have heat back in my manufactured home.
Had a few new lights put up by Dan, nice and steady with his work. Took his time to check everything was safe before he left. Makes my living room feel much brighter now.
Impressed by the technician who knew his stuff, and honestly assessed the work needed to be done. I would highly recommend.
Edgar was great and went out of his way to find the problem and fix it. He even came today as a follow up
Excellent service and response to installing an outlet for charging my new car. They took the time to find out what I needed before even coming out for the appointment. Showed up on time, very professional and did a great job. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again.
