We had Electrical Embassy come and clean all our aircons, they called to see if they could come slightly earlier (rather than just turning up early which is what most trades do). The service tech was polite, friendly and did a great job. We will be getting them back again next year for sure.
I used Electrical Embassy 5 years ago for air conditioning install in my unit and didn’t hesitate to contact them again for units in 2 of the bedrooms at my new house. Same amazing service from the whole team throughout the whole process , quoting, the office team and Rob on the day with the install. I would highly recommend Electrical Embassy and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Electrical embassy was punctual, professional, and worked to the highest standard. Everything was completed efficiently, and he was a pleasure to deal with — friendly, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. All rubbish was removed and the work site was left spotless. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing electrical services.
