On December 13th, our power was cut off. I contact ED2 to figure out why and they claim because I had an expired card on file. (Was never contacted about this) The card expired in September so they have been running up a bill until December. On December 13th approximately 8AM, I paid $454.94 and was advised nothing further is needed by the representative to turn the electricity back on.
