Customer service lady was not helpful. Was put on autopay and I had funds in my account so not sure why this bill wasn’t paid. Since they had to put a tag on my door they charged me and since my card for whatever reason didn’t go through that’s another charge. Asked if it was possible to get it waived since it was my first time she rudely just said no and then said her manager was on vacation for the holiday. So glad you guys can afford a vacation while I have to scrap up whatever I have left to give my family a holiday. Jus... read more

Never a problem. Yes, electric went out from time to time, but they always got right on it.

On December 13th, our power was cut off. I contact ED2 to figure out why and they claim because I had an expired card on file. (Was never contacted about this) The card expired in September so they have been running up a bill until December. On December 13th approximately 8AM, I paid $454.94 and was advised nothing further is needed by the representative to turn the electricity back on. Someone who works from home (my employer is located in NY) is thinking that since they shut it off automatically, they can turn it back on a... read more
