Had the pleasure of working with Electrical Concepts. We had an electrical issue in our home office. Aubrey was speedy to get us scheduled. Doug was our technician. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in the same visit. We have a home buyer's warranty plan. They dealt with them - made it so easy! Highly recommend them! Very professional!!

The electrical concepts team rapidly responded to a situation where I did not have a working charger for my electric vehicle. They were kind, helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the area.
I've used them twice now for small, relatively simple, home projects. First off, I call them and they schedule the work in a few days, or in the case of today, the next day. I don't have to wait a week for someone to come out and look etc. They do great work, very professional, and the price is reasonable. Doug has been the guy who came out both times and if I ever need more electrical work done, I will call Electical Concepts first.
