After the Derecho, we had to get a new detached garage built. Electrical concepts ran the wiring to it. After only a few years, for some reason their work was faulty and now we have to spend nearly $2000.00 more to fix their screw up. I give them one star, because this should never have happened.
Had the pleasure of working with Electrical Concepts. We had an electrical issue in our home office. Aubrey was speedy to get us scheduled. Doug was our technician. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in the same visit. We have a home buyer's warranty plan. They dealt with them - made it so easy! Highly recommend them! Very professional!!
