EDIT: I do have the right company, I just wasn't the person on the invoice. Original: Not very impressed with this company, they appear unwilling to find resolutions for simple things like replacing broken air conditioner filters. They also couldn't provide useful assessment or comment on whether filters are glass or plastic despite suggesting it is safe to breath in the broken fibres from them. The response I got was defensive avoidance.
