On a Sunday busier than usual, half of our kitchen lost power and I thought it was going to take a long time until someone came to help. Within this hour, someone was sent to the job site and discovered that the problem was caused by a problem with the wire behind the outlet. Prompt, businesslike and did their work with integrity in spite of the hasty urgency. Just what we needed on that day!

The title company issued a permit we dated in 2009, but the initial permit had never been paid until it was sort out and resolved, and our lender said they would not fund the purchase until it was. They were two code changes the “old-work” electrician needed to make, made both, coordinated with our final inspection with the building department and we closed escrow on our timing on our scheduled date without losing the deal due to the old work.
A double pole 60 amp breaker that was used to feed power to our commercial bakery's deck oven began tripping randomly, sometimes not for an entire bake sequence and sometimes occurring at times when the deck was only about 85% of its demand on the breaker.
