Constant plumbing problems. Every other week the bathtub would fill up with the upstairs neighbors sewage. Just an “I don’t know what to tell you” from management. Edit: I lived here for 2.5 years. When I moved in the unit was flooded with almost an inch of water, a window was completely shattered, I wasn’t given keys, enormous cockroaches and centipedes everywhere, and the floor was peeling up from the flooding. Very friendly and helpful staff all around, its very peaceful, and the units are nicely kept its very cozy, it already feels like home I'm looking forward to living here with my partner and two dogs 🐕😀
