Constant plumbing problems. Every other week the bathtub would fill up with the upstairs neighbors sewage. Just an “I don’t know what to tell you” from management.
I’ve tried to call quite a few times but my calls are always forwarded. Can anyone tell me if they have a pet limit?
My daughter transferred to UCM to completed her bachelor's while living in Electric Springs for 2 yrs. She loved the quiet, privacy of her upstairs apartment plus the great care & service of said property. Her dishwasher was inoperable & a new one was put in within 24 hrs. She was impressed that the property owner was shoveling snow himself the winter of 2019 & on the roof as the roofers installed new roofs on every unit.
