In my dealings with her, there was frequently a delay or lack of response on her part. She also illegally took money from my deposit and now I have to take her to court. Propery Manager In response to Dominick A: Dominick's complaint as to Coastal Breeze Properties giving him false/misleading information as to the association approval time frame is false. Dominick had a Real Estate Agent representing him and we communicated through her not directly with Dominick. We advised her that the association could take up to 30 days to approve an application. Tenant Our first experience with Coastal Breeze Properties involved a lie. We had 6 days to find a place to live due to unforeseen circumstances. Kiki indicated it would be no problem to get us into her unit in Monterey in that time, as the HOA would approve us in a few days. This was untrue, as the HOA representative stated it takes 2 weeks or longer and “Kiki knows thisâ€; it ended up taking 2.5 weeks, during which time my wife and I had to stay with my mother and aunt in their 2 bedroom unit. Awesome! Kiki has been handling our rental property for just over three years.It has been a fantastic experience, she has handled everything tyhat has come up, large and small quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Coastal Breeze and specifically Kiki to anyone who ased without reservation.
Nice and helpful. Been renting through them for almost a year now. Kiki is helpful and polite and it's always nice to work with her. It's a small place, so I've had some trouble getting in contact with them at certain times of the day, but she has always returned my calls in reasonable time.
