Best Hawaiian food in Portland, hands down. I don't know what he puts in the mac salad, but it is magical and better than mac salad I've had anywhere else, including Hawaii. Portion sizes are also very generous. One plate usually lasts me 4 meals.

my favorite hawaiian food in all of portland. electric rice company’s food has never disappointed me and the food is always amazing when i go. the short ribs were so delicious and really everything else on the menu is super delicious as well. and the owner is always very kind and friendly, and the food is always fresh, never tastes like it’s a day old, and the food is always seasoned to perfection. there has never been a bad day!!!!
