Horrible service! We contacted them to fix our TV right before Christmas last year and they were more than eager to come. They told us they'd get back to us within 3 business days and after several attempts to contact them, their is no way to leave a message or get in touch with anyone. Do NOT use this service!
They have had my tv since April 16th it is now july 25th I cannot get anyone on the phone for answers or anything. Will be making a visit.
They have had my tv for 3 months now, and I still don't know if its fixed or not. Whenever I call to check on it, the phone just goes to voice mail!!! WTF!!!
Very poor service today is October 28, 2013 they have had my part since July 20, 2013. I understand they maybe busy but they charged my card after all this time on Oct 24 without even calling me and I have called them everyday since the charge and no call back. I'm going to dispute the charge and I have filed a complaint with the BBB. A little customer service would be great, when they came out they seemed very knowledgeable but their follow up is horrible!
Beware of this service. They charged my account $167.00 6 months after they were supposed to come out and fix my TV. I have been trying to get a hold of them and no one ever returns my calls. I had to text his son,who no longer works for the company to get any kind of response and he referred me to the same number I have been calling. I think its a scam.
