No customer service with less than products. No one answers the phones and if they respond to your email inquiry, they generally do not or can't understand plain English. Zero customer service! Businesses need to learn better business practices, no excuses!
No product support. Phone system says 'call back during hours' - within the hours they state. No email response...no website message response. Used to be a decent company!
