Came with minimal delay. Having been told the problem I wanted fixed, the electrician brought a ceiling fan with him. The new fan was installed wit no fuss at all, and he advised me of some issues that needed attention. All in all, this was a great example of first class tradesmanship. Conrad was great. After experiencing an electrical surge all our down lights were out, dimmers no longer worked and LED strip lights under range hood were out. Insurance assessor had disabled switches and told us that he could not find the driver for strip lights. Conrad arrived changed dimmer switches, set the down lights to a “preferred brightness” AND found the driver for strip lights under and fixed that too. He was thorough, friendly and efficient. Would certainly recommend.
