Great product and great service. We had them install a large fence encompassing our entire front and back yard a few years ago. They were done in a day and have been back several times to service the fence and collars. Highly recommended.
This is a though one because they did a wonderful job with installation, training my dog and explaining instructions etc. However, recently had to deal with their customer service due to some issues with the collar and they have been sending us on a loop, no one who is live knows anything, they say someone will reach out and it's just automated emails that are vague and only give you the option of sending the collar in. The initial installation went well with no issues and the employee who came was very friendly and professional. However, since then it's been a nightmare. Our fence had a failure covered by warranty and it has been approximately 1 month as of writing this with regular phone calls and emails attempting to get them to schedule the repair but they will not schedule the repair. Steve and his guys have super with us and our 3 pups! Always on time and they do amazing work! Our 3 pups have been well protected thanks to these guys. Highly recommend!
I have had the fence in place for 11 years. I thoroughly trusted and enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone I know who has a dog.
